The hours as posted are not correct. We arrived a few minutes before 8:00 AM for a previously scheduled appointment. A worker at the auto shop informed us that the employee who handles U-Haul rentals does not arrive until 8:30 or 8:45 on an ordinary day. He showed up a little after 8:45 and was not polite. I would not recommend using this U-Haul dealer if you want an earlier rental. There is another facility that opens at 9:00 AM nearby and perhaps they operate on time.
Arrogant, unplanned, slow. Gave the truck to someone else despite a reservation... After waiting for 40 minutes. Ridiculous place
